1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the EAsystems LLC Executive Briefing website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is intended solely for corporate due diligence, institutional evaluation, and B2B partnership inquiries.

2. Intellectual Property & Patents

All mechanical designs, systems, attachments, and proprietary concepts displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of EAsystems LLC. The EASY™ tool-less attachment ecosystem is protected under U.S. Patent No. 12,241,587 B2, with additional domestic and international patents pending. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial replication of our patented mechanisms constitutes severe patent infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Confidentiality & Partnership Inquiries

All information voluntarily submitted through the "Partnership Lounge" is treated as confidential corporate correspondence. Submitting a briefing request does not create a binding legal partnership, vendor agreement, or joint venture until formalized via physical contracts executed by authorized officers of EAsystems LLC and ENGAGE Enterprises LLC.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any corporate disputes arising from the use of this Executive Briefing platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, operating out of the Portland Metropolitan Area, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
